Removing Inventory Items

1. Start a new string scan for your item. (List of common items at the bottom)
2. Add all results to the list and change 1 letter of the item. Example: e_viral_flypaper > e_viral_flypapes (This makes it an unknown item, which will automatically remove itself.)
3. Go to neighbor and back, then refresh.
